"Just a comment on the entryway, following up on other reviews. It is a common main floor cement hallway that services the rest of the building beyond the apartment. It isn't beautiful, it's cement, but during our stay it was always clear and free of any issues. The locking doors offer good security from the street. I'm guessing that the problems listed in other reviews have been addressed."

"The cleanliness and decor of the apartment was outstanding! Everything you need for the short stay in Paris. All the dishes were brand new and clean, the beds and linen were perfect. Two bathrooms was the bonus. The staff allowed us to leave our luggage in their office, they were amazing, polite, kind and welcoming. They followed up with us the next day for anything we needed."

"The apartment is really modern and comfortable, there are all the amenities you could ever need, the kitchen is great and the location perfect as Belleville is not a touristy neighborhood and is a great gateway for exploring local life, metro station is a minute away and it felt safe staying there."

"The only downside we found was that there was only one toilet in the apartment as we are used to all the bathrooms having one, there's a bathroom connected to each of the two bedrooms but they only have a shower, other reviews say the entrance is a problem but we didn't find it disturbing to our stay."

"The apartment is exactly as advertised. Having a 2 bedroom, 2 bath for a family of 4 is a great find for Paris. We loved the neighborhood with the metro very close by and multiple groceries and restaurants within a 10 min walk. We stayed in June 2024 and found the restaurant noise goes away after closing the windows."

"As mentioned in other reviews, the building entrance and stairwell have not been renovated. I knew that going in, so I told the family beforehand. Once you get past that, it's a fine apartment. One blind in a bedroom was on the floor during the walkthrough but was never fixed."

"The communication via the booking.com app and WhatsApp was seamless. When we arrived, the agent was there to greet us, show my family how to enter the apartment, and all of the features that the apartment included. She was very welcoming and thorough! The whole process was very easy."

"We were walked through the whole process to enter. The apartment itself felt very secure, but there is a shared hallway that opens to an alley in the back that was shared with restaurants. Do not let the shared entry deter you, as the apartment is spotless and the neighborhood diverse and well-connected."
